Privacy Policy

AgentRadar ("we", "us", or "our") operates the website agentradar.net (the "Service"). This page informs you of our policies regarding the collection, use, and disclosure of personal information when you use our Service.

Information We Collect

We do not require account registration or collect personally identifiable information directly. However, we may collect the following information automatically:

  • Analytics data: We use Google Analytics to understand how visitors interact with our site. This may include pages visited, time on site, browser type, and general geographic region. All analytics data is anonymized (IP masking enabled).
  • Feedback data: If you submit feedback via our feedback widget, we collect the message content and any optional information you provide (URL, language preference). Feedback is anonymous and does not require personal identification.

Cookies

We use cookies and similar tracking technologies. When you first visit AgentRadar, a cookie consent banner lets you choose which categories to accept:

  • Essential cookies: Required for basic site functionality (e.g. remembering your cookie consent preference and language preference). Cannot be disabled.
  • Analytics cookies: Google Analytics 4 uses cookies to help us understand how visitors use the site (pages visited, time on site, general region). All analytics data is anonymized with IP masking. Only loaded if you consent.
  • Advertising cookies: Reserved for future use with Google AdSense to deliver personalized ads. Not yet active. Only loaded if you consent.

You can change your cookie preferences at any time by clicking the Cookie Settings button in the bottom-left corner of any page. You may also opt out of Google Analytics tracking by installing the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on.

Third-Party Advertising

We use Google AdSense to display advertisements. Google, as a third-party vendor, uses cookies to serve ads on this site. Google's use of advertising cookies enables it and its partners to serve ads to users based on their visits to this site and/or other sites on the Internet. You may opt out of personalized advertising by visiting Google Ads Settings (google.com/settings/ads) or www.aboutads.info.

Third-Party Services

In addition to Google Analytics and Google AdSense, we may embed content or link to third-party AI agent websites. These third-party services have their own privacy policies, and we encourage you to review them. We do not control and are not responsible for the privacy practices of these external sites.

We use Google Funding Choices, Google's native Consent Management Platform (CMP), to manage cookie consent in compliance with the EU GDPR, UK GDPR, and U.S. state privacy laws. Funding Choices implements Google Consent Mode v2, which signals user consent choices to Google advertising and analytics services. EEA and UK users can grant or deny consent via the banner, and all users can withdraw consent at any time via the cookie icon in the bottom-right corner of any page.

Your Privacy Choices (U.S. State Privacy Rights)

If you are a resident of California (CCPA/CPRA), Colorado (CPA), Virginia (VCDPA), Connecticut (CTDPA), Utah (UCPA), or other U.S. states with comparable privacy laws, you have the right to:

  • Know what personal information we collect about you and whether we sell or share it (we do not sell personal information).
  • Opt out of the "sale" or "sharing" of your personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising.
  • Limit the use of sensitive personal information.
  • Access, correct, or delete your personal information held by us.
  • Non-discrimination — you will not be treated differently for exercising these rights.

Global Privacy Control (GPC). AgentRadar honors GPC signals. If your browser sends a GPC signal (enabled in privacy settings of browsers such as Brave, DuckDuckGo, or via browser extensions), we will treat it as an opt-out request for the sale or sharing of your personal information, and advertising and analytics cookies will remain denied. This is enforced both by our Consent Mode v2 default (see Cookies section above) and by Google Funding Choices.

To exercise these rights or withdraw consent: click the cookie icon in the bottom-right corner of any page to update your cookie preferences, or email hello@agentradar.net. We will respond to verified requests within 45 days, as required by applicable state law.

Children's Privacy

Our Service is not directed to individuals under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has provided us with personal information, please contact us so we can take appropriate action.

Changes to This Policy

We may update our Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on this page and updating the "Last updated" date. You are advised to review this Privacy Policy periodically for any changes.
